Categorie lost after manual activation and other update problems #49

  1. I have activated two subscribers by clicking on the control box in the table. After this their categories are gone. After that Updating the category with right click dialog failed because the category information is blank. Can add a category only with bulk action. Remove category fails in every way.

Using MODx 2.5.0 and VirtuNewsletter 2.3.1
