overlapping marklabels

Dear vixis,

First to say this is a piece of nice work, making drawing plasmid an easy task. However, when I try to add many marklabels for restriction sites, they will overlap with each other. This is no problem if I manually draw the maps. But when I try to leave the job to a script that will probably draw many hundreds of plasmids, I can't figure out what is the best way to propagate the marklabels. Can you please shed some light on this issue?

I kind of figured this was coming. The system doesn't currently use a layout engine to automatically place labels optimally. I have been looking for different algorithms that do this. I'll try to look into this this upcoming week and see if I can at least give a timeline to add this. Thanks!
