@quaid-perkins You'll be project lead on this, more a title than anything really, only because you have more experience than @Willplayz112. Does mean you'll be managing this repo, but I'm sure you'll be fine. I'll still review PRs and make commits, but I'll follow you.

I think a good start is planning different libraries we want to use, and find inspiration.

Anime.JS could be good for animations, although, we don't have much experience with it.

I'd say hold off on using too many libs, we should only be pulling in what we need to, after all, we like fast :)
