You cant do surgery or interact with bodies via the alt click menu[BUG]

## Reproduction:
Put mutiple bodys onto a surgery table, use alt click menu to dissect them all at once and fail, because you cant interact with them at all. The same also applys for attempting to pick up shuttle expansion permits via the alt menu
