debug transfers between CESNET-S3 and CNAF-STORM

While checking the transfers with the new CESNET-S3, I noticed that they were always failing for the RSE that we have at CNAF, which uses the storm-webdav protocol. It is well maintained and it ususally works very well. It is in the list of the ones I would also like to keep for the new cluster.
Therefore, we have been having a conversation - in Italian, that's why you are not in cc - with the people at CNAF, and the issue seems to be linked to IGTF certificates. Basically, the CNAF supports only IGTF certificates, while the S3 endpoint does not have CA IGTF installed.

• as CNAF cannot install non-IGTF certificates in their endpoints, I asked S3 admins if they can configure the endpoint with CA IGTF certificates.
