Missing `setup.py`

When I tried to install flexdock via build_env.sh, an error encountered when executing this line

, the setup.py was missing. Could you upload the missing files so that build_env.sh can work properly?

I have added the setup.py file now.

If your intention was to train, I also realised that an example training config is missing, since we have been moving from argparse to omegaconf. I will try to add this by the weekend!
