Enhancement: Improve visibility of validation error messages for long column names

When validation fails during user import, and the error message includes columns with very long names, the full message is truncated in RStudio console output. This makes it difficult for users to identify which columns caused the error.

Also I have my console set to wrap and when I do a long "stop" it wraps the text.

I think this is a console setting and not something controlled by the library.

@spgarbet Try this before #480 gets merged.
This should help test the round-trip behavior for user data.

user_df <- exportUsers(rcon)
redcapAPI::importUsers(rcon, user_df)

Also, consider showing extra columns only when the number of columns exceeds 10 to keep the output readable.
