Add setup.py to copy prbuildbot .py files into site-packages tree #5
Description
per @sideshowbarker: Setting up prbuildbot on w3c-test.org requires symlinking or copying all the other prbuildbot .py files into the w-p-t dir. A setup.py could be added that would instead just install those in the python site-packages tree
