Disable "Configure Web Interface" button when detection is started

@stefanodellosa-personal do you think we need to disable the "Configure Web Interface" functionality when the detection is running?

I would like to keep it enabled as will prevent to stop WADAS any time we want to start/stop it but this requires that such logic runs on different thread to prevent UI freeze. Let's disable it for now.
