Github url link is dependent on the terminal width, breaks out the url

When the terminal is not wide enough, then the PR url gets chopped off. Here the PR number is 14, but on clicking it takes you to PR 1.
So of the width of the terminal where we are running this is less than the URL width, we will be redirected somewhere else.

That's an interesting one I'll have to check how we're doing line breaking because I would expect that'd work fine.

EDIT: Oh you know what I bet we newline if the terminal width is too short. Fair bet that's a bug

This will work fine if we resize the terminal after we run the command in a larger width screen.
