deprecate the use of poppler. instead use gi-poppler

poppler has a build problem with GHC >= 8.10, which is not easily solvable. 
In the end, it is desirable to migrate the whole app to haskell-gi based framework to keep hoodle up-to-date with the upstream gtk support.
