Group status updates by date range

Currently, the status page just lists all updates in one long list. I suggest grouping by headings based on the following date categories:

• "Recently" (last 36h; basically "Today", but allowing for time-zone flexibility)
• "Earlier this week"
• "Earlier this month"
• "Earlier this quarter"
• "A long time ago"
