Add badges for projects that also appear on W3PN Privacy Stack Explorer

If a project on https://explorer.web3privacy.info/ also appears on https://stacks.web3privacy.info/, the project should have a badge that links to their location in the Stacks explorer.

For example:

Nice idea. The most efficient way would be to assign explorer project ids directly to the data in the personalstacks repository, and just take that data into account when building explorer-data:
