dryrun mode by default

Currently the issue importer has a dryrun mode. Should it be the mode by default. And put a flag when we want to really post on webcompat.com (github)?

Thinking the moment where someone has a repertory of 1000 of issues files and suddenly send to github all of them without really wanting to do it.

Yeah, that would be pretty noisy to import a bunch of "accidents". A --no-really-import-these-please option would probably also suffer from the accidental import worst case scenario, since we all just copy and paste these things out of READMEs.

Would a STDIN prompt after the dry run be better? "You are about to import X issues to $REPO. Proceed y/n" (or something to that effect)?

I wonder if @hallvors has an opinion on this.

Hmm indeed a prompt is more logical. It goes into the UX of the "HTTP POST" UX. Aka "you are about to have an action with server side effects, is it really what you want to do?"

That would mean to modify a bit the code too. :) Currently the code is taking one issue, and not a list of issues. So as an input we should have an option for accepting one or more issue files on the CLI and asking the question only once. Will create another issue.

Yeah, the original design is for a single issue... I figured people could use their unix-foo to iterate over a list or directory of issues. But perhaps that's dangerous. :)
