v1.8.3 missing so many files.

while v1.8.2 has 1564 files, v1.8.3 has only 11 files (checked in https://www.webjars.org/).

So many modules like route, resource and ... are missing. Not sure it is intentional or just a build problem.

The source downloads for 1.8.3 were switched to the NPM package because the upstream site doesn't have the artifacts:

Not sure if there is another place to get 1.8.3 from in its traditional form.

The release there doesn't seem to have any of the built files, only the sources. Is there anywhere that has the build output?
