CSS Deliverable rubric needs review

The current rubric specifies:

Properly styled CSS:
30% Header, footer, and main content body
20% Navigation elements
10% Responsive to window resizing
20% Application elements
10% Application text content
10% Application images

This seems like it should be more like:

10% Visually appealing colors and layout. No overflowing elements.
20% Use of a CSS framework
20% All visual elements styled using CSS
30% Responsive to window resizing using flexbox and/or grid display
10% Use of a imported font
10% Use of different types of selectors including element, class, ID, and pseudo selectors
