extension intallation problem

When cookie editor extension is preloaded, then duoflix extension can't be installed on chrome at all. If just install the main weflix-main folder then the error says manifest is missing or unreadable and if I install the duoflix folder inside the weflix-main folder then it says cookie editor detects and if I install only the .crx file via drag and drop inside from weflix-main folder then it installed and just after corrupted.
If I turn off the cookie editor extension then it also says cookie editor extension detects, the extension only can be installed if I remove cookie editor extension from the Chrome browser and after install duoflix if I add cookie editor then it also disappeared from chrome and says cookie editor extension detected
