Question about HSE implementation

Dear developers,

I wonder if HSE functional support has been implemented for WEST?
I saw in this 2025 paper https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jpclett.5c00287 the QDET and TDDFT has used HSE functional, but the documentation of west did not mention if it is supported in current version of code.

HSE is supported from day1.
