Creality Sermoon D1 support

Will this work with Creality Sermoon D1 printer? As far as I've been able to determine, with it not being Marlin, M600 doesn't work as expected.

I'm needing to use it with Smart Filament Runout Sensor.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this so please feel free to point me somewhere more appropriate.
