Implement ignore different line ending

This is the default in vim. (So that linux CR vs windows CRLF won't matter)

let g:DirDiffIgnore = "\n"

You can use let g:DirDiffAddArgs = '--strip-trailing-cr' for that; IDK first version of diff which supports that command line switch, but 3.8 (the earliest I have at hand) does.
