Ability to store and retrieve meta data about lock recipient #1
Description
Config driven metadata storage on lock acquisition with the ability to query it via the lock name. Data points to be stored:
- hostname of lock acquirer
- timestamp of when acquired
- volatility of lock
- estimate expiration if lock is volatile
