Add FreeBSD instructions

Hello 👋

On FreeBSD, to avoid a series of errors, I had to do this:

pkg install gmake cmake
MAKE=gmake gem install itsi

Maybe it could be added to the README ? Or the process improved ?
I'm also curious: if I install rust as a package, will rustup still be run ?

Thank you, good suggestion. I'll play around with Itsi on FreeBSD and come up with some instructions to add to the doc site.

No, If cargo is already detected on the system, rb-sys will not attempt to install the rust-toolchain.

(Note force_install_rust_toolchain is set to false for Itsi)
