FrOData::Query links not working

Hello and thanks for your work on this!

I found that the links in the README und the "Queries" heading are not leading where they should. I get the following result for both the links.

FrOData::Query
FrOData::Query::Criteria

in #11 you mention you're no longer maintaining the gem. I'm not sure if that also means that you won't fix these documentation links. In any case I think it would be a good idea to prominently mention that this repo is abandoned in the README or to clarify what kind maintenance your still willing to do.
