Make task templates editable and remove space restriction #267

The default Task Template is not editable by anyone other the main wiki owner. This makes it so you can't alter it, the workaround involves cloning the Template Provider, but then you'll have two templates (you can't alter or get rid of the default one).
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the Task Template and Task Template Provider from under the licensor, and make it editable for admins only maybe. Also as part of this ticket, the restriction on creating tasks in the TaskManager space could also be removed.
