Improve usability for viewing Task Templates

Currently, the TaskManagerTemplates page does not exist, which is confirmed as intentional by @abrassat.
To view all existing task templates, the user must click the Create new templates button. This is not intuitive, as the action suggests creating a new template rather than accessing the list of existing templates.

This behavior can confuse users and may give the impression that there is no way to see previously created templates.

Proposed Improvement:

Create a dedicated TaskManagerTemplates page that displays the list of all existing templates or create a new button for existing templates.
