help for 'moshogun' module intall

hi, when i run 'python PredcircRNA.py.....', there exists the warnings 'ImportError: No module named modshogun'. So i want to install the python package 'modshogun' with the command 'pip install modshogun'. But it could not find this module, what's wrong? i need your help! Thank you.

Can you download SHOTGUN v3.2.0 from http://www.shogun-toolbox.org/ , using the install document http://www.shogun-toolbox.org/install#ubuntu

i have installed the 'shogun' in Python using 'pip install shogun'. Do i need to install SHOTGUN tools in my Mac?
i also installed the homebrew-sience/shogun in my mac. But it still does not work, error warnings as "Traceback (most recent call last):

from modshogun import CombinedFeatures, RealFeatures, BinaryLabels, MulticlassLabels
ImportError: No module named modshogun"

Can you read the shotgun document about how to install it? http://www.shogun-toolbox.org/install#ubuntu, please follow it to install or install it from source code.

I have tried the instruction to install from source code as you suggested, but there were many errors. Possible, it was my mac system, lacking many dependency modules as follows:

I did not test our method on Mac, is it possible for you to run it on Ubuntu?

I think you should install some dependent lib, using "pip install shogun-ml" also does not work?

The library name has been changed during a specific release. It will work if you change all lines containing: 'from modshogun import ...' to 'from shogun import ...'
