YAML 5 roadmap?

Can you share a roadmap for YAML5, please? Drupal 8 is getting closer and closer. Some are talking about September... and I need this new style with [dir="rtl"].

When may YAML 5 ready?

Drupal 8 may be released in 4 weeks. Are there any news?

YAML 5 will be dropping IE7 and IE6 support
