Convert laminarflow to a monorepo structure #151
Description
Refactor the laminarflow project into a monorepo structure. This should allow for multiple packages/modules to be managed within a single repository. Update documentation, CI/CD workflows, and ensure all current functionality continues to work after the restructure.
