Optimize tons of errors log output

Having a tons of console errors wastes browser resources
fixing this will also improve debugging efficiency, making it easier to identify issues that actually need attention

below are representative errors that still have room for optimization

• Blocked script execution in 'about:blank' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.

• Note that 'script-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.

• GET {FILENAME} 404 (Not Found)
  especially about meta.ini

• Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

• playerlist.js:1000 Charset XXX' not found

• error due to not-existent penguinisland and bestynfgever
