YN-0175: Duplicated Timewarps when publishing plates and effects #158

Hi guys,
I just wanted to let you know about a weird behaviour in AYON when publishing plates and effects. Basically it's that when publishing a plate that has a TimeWarp, when I load that plate in Nuke, read node has that TimeWarp (that's great) but if I load that plate effects, there is a TimeWarp too within the effect nodes. To be honest, I think that this behaviour has been like this since OP times but I just wanted to let you know in case you want to adjust it in the future as for artists it's causes confusion having the same information twice. In our case, we have a customization that blocks certain soft-effect nodes from being published when publishing effects as sometimes editorial published BurnIn or Text effects by mistake and artist's got an error when loading them.
How to replicate the issue?
