"Load as timeline (Editorial pkg)" action with otio file from UE results into Offline Media even the file exists

Description

Current Behavior

When triggering Load as timeline (Editorial pkg) on otio file originating from the UE host app results into timeline with missing/ offline media. Even tho they are available in current filepath.

Expected Behavior

When manually triggering File>Import Timeline all behaves normally and media got loaded.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Load provided editorial pkg (otio file) using AYON> " Load as timeline"
2. Inspect timeline for media and if offline

ayon-core 1.5.2 and ayon-resolve 0.5.2 and Resolve 18.6
