Hero representations wont get synchronized #61

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.

Current Behavior
Hero representations are not synchronized as they are not in instance.data["published_representations"].
Expected Behavior
integrate_here_version should add hero representation to instance.data["published_representations"]
