Additional command options - How to use them

Hi all,

I could successfully make the bot work but now there are some remaining questions that I don't know where to find the answers. I read the README many times but no answers for them.

1. So, once I press help i get:
Optional commands:
cao [symbol] - Cancel all orders, for [symbol]
cap - Close all open positions
as [strategy] [symbol] [interval] - Activate strategy [strategy] with [symbol] and candlestick interval[interval]
ds [strategy] [symbol] [interval] - Deactivate strategy with [symbol] and candlestick interval [interval]
glt [symbol] - Get last trades for [symbol]
gop - get all Open positions
goo [symbol] - Get all open orders for [symbol]
gcb [symbol] - Get current balance for [symbol]
cp - Close program

among all the options in [] there is no:
[takeprofit] [stoploss] [leverage] [request buying amount]

so basically what it is mentioned in the README there is no references to above mentioned commands:
Possible command values: In order to run the bot, you need to press "help" to view all the possible commands the bot offers.
[symbol] - binance legal symbol, for example: btcusdt
[interval] - the candlestick interval, possible values: 1m, 3m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 1d, 3d, 1w, 1M
[takeprofit] - in percentage, for example, 0.5
[stoploss] - in percentage, for example, 0.01.
[leverage] - for example, 6.
[request buying amount] - in percentage, for example 10.
[entry strategy] - rsi, macd

Where can I find how to use and/or change those values (in bold above)?

When deactivating the strategy, should I see a reply after requesting the deactivation? For example:

opening one, I can see some response in the command line and a telegram message arrives to my app:
as rsi btcusdt 1h

When deactivating, I don't see anything nor receiving any notification in telegram:
ds rsi btcusdt 1h

2. The Binance token should have some additional permissions aside from Futures?
