Terminal stdout support

Could the community kindly check on the command prompt standard output feature, is it possible for the command prompt to work the normal way the likes of kitty and alacrity,,works? want to see output on terminal of commands being executed. Thnks

@crisprtech Its not clear. Are you talking about the spf shell mode?

yes true I'm talking about the shellmode,, if i execute normal linux commands 'i.e. sudo apt upgrade', I can't see output being shown on the spf shell output, can this be fixed?

I mean, the philosophy of unix is to make one thing only and good, the commands we are suppose to use there are related to files like sed that are complex

but not to be extensive used as a terminal, btw you dont use thunar as terminal right? you open your terminal app to use that.
at least from my thought it isnt a thing that would be in a file manager.

@jean0t Right. This is like trying to have a file manager do the job of a terminal. Next, we would want interactivity, scrolling, and running spf inside an spf terminal.

Still we can show stdout (first line): or stderr(first lines): in case of error for some accesibility. That will be easy to implement.
