Shorten very long commands from `#list`

If a command is crazy long, then we should just print like the first 80 chars.

Then, #list cmd 6 should just print the fill command for command 6, or #list 6 prints both the command and dir at 6, if there is one.

or #list --long/#list --full/#list --verbose for the full commands
