Add a arg to `#list` for only displaying the command names, if they have one

#list --name-only to just print names, if cmd/dirs have them.

If not, just display <unnamed>

Maybe #list --skip-unnamed should skip those?

and #lists as an alias for #list --name-only --skip-unnamed
