Socket Error 10053

Hello,
I try to use the bubbles.exe example in windows 10. The system reports the following errors:
(1) 10054 Error: An Existing Connection Was Forcibly Closed by the Remote Host
or
(2) Socket Error 10053 - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
How can I fix it?
