Segmentation fault (core dumped) #11
Description
Thank you for sharing iGDA. When I tested long reads dataset consisting of 3 viruses using igda_pipe_phase, the program showed a message of "~/anaconda3/envs/virus/bin/igda_pipe_phase_ont: line 83: 710091 Segmentation fault (core dumped) igda test_contigs -a 0.6466251 -t 21.90139 $outdir/realign.ann $outdir/realign.recode $indir/realign.m5 $reffile". Do you know what might be causing this situation? What should I do to fix it? Thank you very much!
