updated the pr with the other en fandom links to the new wiki and also included all mention errors on discord under wiki links + arcane aegis what was linking to arcanes instead of arcane aegis. |

i only replaced the links in the "en" {} section (only in tracked/items) because no clue how it it with the other languages or if there are plans for the new wiki
I can do it for others if you want, just tell which ones.
I can't program whatsoever, but I was like, how hard can it be to just replace one thing with another in batch in 2025 ;)
