1. Fixed the handling of multiple loops being created when offsetting with Lighten.
2. Fixed Lighten not working correctly when the sketch did not have a Z-axis normal.
3. Fixed co-linear edges after the extrude passed through a void not being filleted.
4. Not allowing the user to select profiles that are not co-planar.
