Taskbar-Delay v1.7

- Added support for display Extend mode.
- Taskbar will now auto-hide on all extended monitors.
- Corrected wrong hide flag SW_HIDE when hiding.

Taskbar-Delay v1.6 (EXPERIMENTAL)

- Show/Hide taskbar function will now be called using explorer.exe api instead (Animations and foreground window resizing are supported).

- Automatically restore taskbar when Taskbar-Delay is not running (Make sure to disable task autohide from windows as shown in Usage section on main page).

- Updated Python to v3.13.7

Notice: Due to windows explorer api limitations taskbar will always resize foreground windows when showing and hiding.
             If you don't like this behavior use another version.
