Nice. Thanks for the update.
If it was being actively developed a oneapi manifest that just uses the latest of everything might be of value, but this is a pretty stable codebase these days.

This PR adds build-CI manifests to build access-om2 with intel, oneapi and gcc compilers.
I've also removed the existing
intel-libaccessom2.spack.yaml.j2manifest since it seems a bit redundant now. Happy to add it back if preferred.Closes #21
