v4.0.1 patch release adding public TransformSIItoADM method, ILogger

Patch Release v4.0.1 changes:

• The public TransformSIIToADM method will allow the passing of a List model type returning a single , eliminating the use of a source folder and file(s) while on Azure.
• ILogger class works well for Azure Application Insights logging.
• Updates Readme.md

Request to Admin:

• Bump the NuGet version to v4.0.1,
• Link create new public method TransformSIIToADM that excepts List<ShippedItemInstance> type and ILogger #30 to this PR, to auto-close the open issue.
