The `notebooks/AFMSlicer_flatenning.py` compares methods of processing more sample images using pre-processing using... - Gwyddion - Gwyddion steps using Python alternatives - Custom TopoStats steps An intermediary `.pkl` of results is saved and used in the `notebooks/AFMSlicer_compare_slicing.py` Notebook which takes the results from The `notebooks/AFMSlicer_flatenning.py` and looks at the impact on slicing of these different filtering methods.
