Base #10, wanted to fix CI, but not sure what we do with
tests, because ofcw-orch-interchainwe cantestsfrom workspace(for now, until we release cw-orch with cw-orch-interchain)--workspace --exclude testson every GH action(IMO worst option as it's annoying to do and annoying to undo)I prefer to just remove it from workspace for now, what do you think @adairrr @CyberHoward ?
