Launch playground from the documentation site.
Introduce a Launch code playground button in the docs,

• on clicking should open the playground if dev mode is already enabled.
• Should open DTOU dialog if not.

@rekha-m - The Hello World tends not to load at first, I have to force reload and then see the button, and I see this error in the console when it's in the blank page state. Also, after I reload, it does work, but if I click onto another side nav menu item and go back to Hello page it's blank and I see the error again.
