Setcos driver

The Setcos card driver supports:

• FinnishEid cards
• Setcos 4.4.1 cards
• Setcos cards with Nokia brand on them
• RSA SecurID 3100 cards

For the Setcos 4.4.1 cards, a pkcs15-init driver has been written so you can use OpenSC to personalise the cards yourself.
