This allows more validators to join before locking the genesis member list. Previously, the member list was locked immediately when 3 validators were discovered, which prevented additional validators from being included. Now the system: - Waits up to 30 seconds for more validators to join after quorum (3) is reached - Locks immediately if 10 validators (maximum) are discovered - Logs progress every 5 seconds during the wait period This ensures all participating validators can be included in the genesis block and receive their initial 100 MXD stake.
