Let me start by saying I'm not a big PY and JS dev, I mostly do lower-level, so feel free to edit what I have here to fix it up.
This PR pulls the ICE servers configured in the built-in Home Assistant WebRTC integration. So if the user is using Nabu Casa, Homeway, or their own servers defined in the Home Assistant config, WebRTC Camera will now use them as well!
This works for both STUN and TURN servers.
