…. Simulator devices now translate the identifier to the model name. Simulator devices are now called out in the model name. There is now a function to translate any device identifier into its model name.

I wanted the Simulator version to actually return a model name instead of the identifier.
While i was in there I generalized it a bit and created a new example app using Swift Package Manager.
